The protection of your personal information is a matter of great importance for us. Therefore, your data will only be processed if there is a legal basis to do so (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003, Data Protection Act). On these pages you will find information about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with the use of our website.
If you contact us via e-mail, the personal data you provide will only be used for the purpose of handling your request. Your data will be stored for six months to enable us to deal with any follow-up queries in case they arise. We will not transfer your data unless you have given us your explicit consent.
If you contact us by e-mail, your e-mail will first be scanned in the Microsoft cloud using multilayered real-time protection against spam and malware (Microsoft Exchange Online Protection). All of Microsoft’s servers required for this purpose are located in EU data centres within the geographical region of Europe. Such checks will also be performed if the IUSS Secretariat contacts you, only the other way round.
